On Wednesday 26 February 2025, I have the honour to be the presenter of a seminar in cooperation with Nomiki Bibliothiki entitled “International Parental Child Abduction, Judicial Actions for the Return of the Child – Defence of the Abducting Parent”.
The Seminar is addressed to legal practitioners, especially lawyers and mediators, who wish to learn about or deepen their knowledge in a modern field of family law with an outward orientation towards the international market, providing knowledge and working scenarios through judicial practice.
