By the order of 16.06.2023 of the 4th Athens Judge in charge of Narcotics Investigation and with the consent of the Prosecutor of First Instance, my client, the defendant, was released without restrictions, after his apology on the charge of joining a criminal organization which had committed armed robbery and trafficking drugs with an expected pecuniary benefit of more than 75,000 euros. The fact that the accused was an addicted drug user, whom the police authorities had implicated in the criminal case without having the necessary evidence against him, played a role in this decision.
